  1. I just figured out for the cross leg variation, if I do not go into a straddle teddy but straight into the variation I do not slip as much. As soon as I do teddy straddle and try to bring my legs together that’s when I was losing my hip grip. 🙂

  2. Note to self: Figure out correct positioning of the inside hand on the inside thigh and leg-opening angle so that inside bicep doesn’t slip off the pole. iTac really helps. Body should be more strongly ‘in front of’ pole than expected.
