I have so much trouble translating my strength of one skill to another similar skill – I’ve got the feeling I always have to work on each and every skill “from scratch” and I hope your course will help me to understand movement better and how different tricks/transitions are linked together muscle engagement-wise 🙂 I’m super excited! 🙂

  2. this definitely makes me more confident and willing to try since I’m a big girl. But I am also tall, so I think that can also be beneficial! I want to make my body more flexible and healthy. I am so excited. I think being able to do what she does on a pole with clothes on is still going to be beautiful! I want to be naturally beautiful, flexible, and healthy.
