These stretches are so helpful.
Right and they feel good but I can feel how tight my muscles are.
I love the wrist stretches! So good.
Great stretches, especially those last ones.
loved that!! ive have wrist problems for many years due to a former job, so these exercises really help keep them strong
Great!! ????
Great! So helpful
I love stretching it’s so relaxing
My shoulders and wrists feel super loose now like I’ve let go a ton of tension out of them!!
These stretches are amazing. Such good basics
Hi Mari! I would love to have some advice on what excercises to do to strenghten my wrists more. I had surgery on one (it lost a little bit of movement, but it’s still fine) but also the “healthy” one hurts after a while I put pressure on it (and I can’t yet feel the good work on the fingers)…
Very nice stretches
I absolutely love these wrist exercises. Only been doing them this week but found they’ve helped already 🙂
