For cross training, consider two yoga blocks, a strap for stretching, resistance bands, and any course-specific equipment recommended by your PPU instructors. If the balls of your feet are sensitive, you can consider a metatarsal pad or similar support. Ultimately, for Pole you just need yourself and the pole. But these additional tools can be helpful for building strength and increasing flexibility to support your work on the pole.
